This Privacy Policy describes how LGCY A.R.P., Inc ("LGCY," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit lgcy-arp.com and its related pages (the "Site"), subscribe to our newsletter, book a consultation, or engage us for services. It is incorporated into our Website Terms of Use. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you give us. When you subscribe to the newsletter, join a waitlist, register interest before launch, book a consultation, or contact us, we collect the information you enter: typically your name, email address, company, role, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. When you engage us for services, we collect the billing details needed to invoice you.

1.2 Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the page that referred you. We use Google Analytics for this, and the Insights section of the Site (hosted by HubSpot) sets HubSpot analytics cookies.

1.3 Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe’s hosted pages and are held by Stripe, not by us. We receive confirmation of payment, the last digits of the card, and the billing name and email.

1.4 Booking information. Consultations are scheduled through Calendly. The details you enter when booking (name, email, and your answers to the intake questions) are stored by Calendly and shared with us.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

(a) send you the newsletter or updates you asked for, and stop sending them when you unsubscribe;

(b) schedule, prepare for, and follow up on consultations;

(c) deliver, invoice, and support services you have engaged us for;

(d) understand how the Site is used and improve it;

(e) protect the Site and our business against fraud, abuse, and automated submissions; and

(f) comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising on other websites.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers that run parts of the Site and our business on our behalf, each under its own privacy terms:

(a) Vercel, which hosts the Site, and Supabase, which stores form submissions;

(b) HubSpot, our customer relationship system and the host of the Insights section;

(c) Mailchimp, which sends our newsletter and other email;

(d) Stripe, which processes payments and issues invoices;

(e) Calendly and Microsoft Teams, which schedule and host consultations; and

(f) Google Analytics, which measures Site traffic.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of our business, in which case this Policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: those needed for the Site to work, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics and, on the Insights pages, HubSpot. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, though some analytics will not be recorded. Embedded video on Insights posts is loaded from privacy-enhanced players that set no cookies until you press play.

5. Email Communications

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. If you have engaged us for services, we may still send you emails about that engagement, such as invoices and scheduling, which are not marketing.

6. Retention

We keep newsletter and interest-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep consultation and engagement records for as long as needed to provide the services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Analytics data is retained on the default schedule of the analytics provider.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may unsubscribe from email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To exercise any of these, email us at info@lgcy-arp.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to the Site and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on the Site before they take effect.
